FAQ

Do you require payment up front to schedule?

Yes I do. I require half of the total balance to be paid up front as a non-refundable retainer to schedule your session. The retainer fee comes off of your total balance, and is not an additional fee. Appointments are not held or scheduled until the non-refundable retainer fee has been paid. The remaining half of your session balance will be due on the date of your session.

Where are you based and do you travel?

I am based in Madisonville, Kentucky and I do travel! I love to travel and shoot in new places. A travel fee will apply if your session is located outside of Hopkins County, Kentucky. However, it is a small fee based on distance. If your session is three or more hours from my location, lodging fees will also apply. I will quote all of this for you ahead of time so that there are never any surprises.

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept cash, as well as all major debit and credit cards.

Do you provide a CD or USB?

I do not provide a CD or USB of your images. Instead I deliver your images via an online gallery. I will send you a link to your gallery as soon as your images are finished and from there you may view and download them. It is super simple and much more convenient.

How long will it take to receive all of my edited images from my session?

My turnaround time for sessions is 4 weeks. They may be finished earlier, but this is the maximum turnaround time.

*This does not apply to weddings or events*

Do I have to order prints through you?

No you do not. I provide every client with a print release at no additional fee so you may print your photos wherever you choose.

Do you offer other editing styles?

No I do not. I am a "dark & moody" photographer, so all of my photos are edited in that style. This keeps my work consistent, as well as lets my clients have an idea of what to expect from me as far as final product.
